I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.
If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password. A new one will be sent to the email account at which you registered.
How can I update my profile?
To update your profile, click on 'Profile', 'Edit Profile Information' found in the second top menu bar. Once on this page, you can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.
How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so under the 'Settings' tab found on the second level menu bar. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!
I'm an Organisation, how do I sign up?
On the home page, click the 'Sign Up' button. At the top of the next page, you will be able to select whether you are a Standard User or Organisation. Complete the details and follow the instructions. You will be given the option during this process to 'Invite Friends' which is an address book import facility. Use this to import your Organisation Members from address books held in Hotmail, Facebook, Linked-In, My Space, etc.
How do I add a new event?
Login in and click on 'My Apps' in the top menu toolbar. Select 'Events' from the drop down list. On the screen click on 'Add Event' and then complete all the information required - some of which is mandatory to help site visitors search.
How do I edit an event or add a photo?
Login in and click on 'My Apps' in the top menu toolbar. Select 'Events' from the drop down list. Find the event you want to edit from the list of your own events and click on 'Edit Event'. You can add a photo from here by clicking on 'upload photo'- please ensure all photos are under 5MB in size.
How do I create a Group?
